100% Employee Owned
Nature Dispatch is proud to be 100% employee-owned. This means our employees provide exceptional service because every one of them is an owner in Nature Dispatch. Each year, employees on record as of September 30th, who worked at least half the year and meet other criteria, are allocated company shares. The value of these shares may grow annually. The allocated shares are not taxable in the year they are awarded. Taxes are only due when employees cash out at retirement or after leaving the company.
This program allows eligible employees, at no cost to them, to own part of the company they work for. It also supplements the company 401(k) plan and matching contributions offered to all employees.

Regional
Nature Dispatch offers regional trucking services tailored to meet your Midwest freight-hauling needs. Operating from Columbus, Ohio we provide responsive and dependable freight delivery solutions. Our services also include driver-assist options to ensure your specific requirements are met efficiently.
Local
Nature Dispatch serves all of Wisconsin, along with parts of Illinois and Minnesota, through our local fleet. With our mid-sized fleet and fast response times, we help reduce your inventory costs while ensuring on-time delivery for just-in-time shipments. This means your freight moves directly from our trailers to production or from production to our trailers and straight to your customers. We also offer daily, weekly, and monthly dock sweeps. Need extra trucks or drivers? Nature Dispatch has you covered with our power-only hauling services.
Focused on fuel efficiency
As a SmartWay-certified trucking company, Nature Dispatch is committed to fuel efficiency, which helps keep your rates lower. To improve aerodynamics and gas mileage, we install side skirts on all our trailers—at no cost to our owner-operator drivers. This is just one of many strategies we employ to enhance fuel efficiency. Additionally, Nature Dispatch runs a special driver award program for fuel efficiency.
